Our Story

Independent advice.
Accountable delivery.

We started ERP Link because we saw too many ERP projects fail — not from bad software, but from consultants who parachuted in, delivered a system, and left before the dust settled. We built a firm around the opposite model.

Our consultants are practitioners first. They've held functional and technical roles inside manufacturing, distribution, and logistics companies — which means they understand your business before they touch your system.

Over 17 years, we've grown from a three-person SAP shop to a full-service consultancy covering ERP, MES, JD Edwards, and Data Engineering — with a client retention rate that reflects what we believe: the best measure of a successful implementation is whether the client calls you back.

What We Stand For

No vendor bias

We recommend the platform that fits your business — not the one that pays the highest referral fee. Our advice is independent, and our clients know it.

Outcomes over outputs

We measure success by business results — faster close cycles, lower inventory costs, higher OEE — not by deliverables delivered or hours billed.

Embedded, not parachuted

Our consultants work alongside your team, not above them. We transfer knowledge deliberately so your people own the system when we leave.

Precision over speed

We move fast, but never at the cost of accuracy. A 14-week go-live means nothing if the data is wrong or the team isn't ready.

How We Work

A six-phase methodology
refined over 500 projects.

Discover

We spend the first two weeks understanding your business — not just your systems. Process walkthroughs, stakeholder interviews, and a full gap analysis before any configuration begins.

Design

We blueprint the future state: system architecture, integration map, data model, and cutover strategy. Every decision is documented and signed off before build.

Build & Integrate

Configuration, customization, and integration development run in parallel sprints — with weekly demos so stakeholders see progress and catch issues early.

Test & Validate

Unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and performance testing — all tracked against acceptance criteria defined in the Design phase. No surprises at go-live.

Go Live

Zero-disruption cutover executed over a planned window — with our team on-site or on-call for the first 72 hours post-launch.

Hypercare & Handover

A 90-day hypercare period with dedicated support, followed by a structured handover to your internal team or our managed services practice.

Let's talk about your project.
